How many guests can stay at the County Loft?

5 is the magic number — two queen beds and a pull-out sofa that’s surprisingly nap-worthy. 

Is the County Loft kid-friendly?

Your little ones are always welcome. We’ve got a high chair for meals, toys to keep them busy, and a baby gate for stair safety. Just note: the Loft is upstairs, so tiny climbers (and their grown-ups) will get a bit of a workout.

Are there stairs or accessibility considerations?

It’s a second-floor loft, so stairs are involved. Unfortunately, there's no elevator or rope ladder — but think of it as your warm-up before wine tasting.

Can I bring my furry best friend?

This one hurts (trust us). As much as we love four-legged friends, we sadly don't allow them. The Loft is a pet-free zone so our allergy-prone guests can breathe easy.

Guests can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Crave, & Disney+), high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, parking for one vehicle, board games, books, a baby high chair, and more.

Yes, we provide fresh linens, towels, basic toiletries, and kitchen essentials — plus complimentary coffee to start your mornings right.

Does the property have outdoor space?

The County Loft is an indoor retreat without private outdoor space. However, you're steps away from downtown parks, patios, and scenic spots around Picton.

Do you provide a Sandbanks Provincial Park pass?

Yes! We’re happy to offer guests a complimentary day-use pass for Sandbanks Provincial Park during your stay.

Do you provide a welcome guide?

Is parking available on-site?

Yes, there is free parking available on the premises for one vehicle.

How close is The County Loft to local amenities?

We’re located in the heart of downtown Picton. You’re a 5-10 minute walk to shops, restaurants, the LCBO, grocery stores, and cafes. Sandbanks Provincial Park is just a 20-minute drive away.

Booking & Policies

What time is check-in and check-out? Can I request early or late check-out?

Standard check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. We do our best to accommodate early arrivals or late departures when availability allows — just ask!

Is there a minimum stay requirement?

Yes, we require a minimum stay of 2 nights.

Do you offer long-term stays or special rates?

We do! If you're planning a longer stay, reach out to inquire about special weekly or monthly rates.

What is your cancellation policy?

We follow Airbnb’s Limited cancellation policy: Full refund at least 14 days before check-in. Partial refund 7-14 days before check-in.
